The government’s money isn’t someone else’s money you nitwit.

It’s still not crazy that 1/6th of an infrastructure bill would be spent on roads.

So basically bribe folks to purchase an EV, the “superior” product? And am I the only one surprised to see that sales are only at 7%? If they are leading the charge, I definitely don’t see the USA moving past 2% any time soon.

Raph, why don’t you quit your job? It is obvious to a casual observer that you actually hate cars.
2nd gear: Highways are where we drive cars. We are car enthusiasts. We like better roads that don’t beat the shit out of our cars.
4th gear: If you have a problem with raking in huge chunks of cash from ICE vehicles, then

Until I can get an EV in the sub 30k range with >200mi of range. They will never truely go mainstream.

They don’t mention this being the kid’s first car though.

No no no, but you don’t understand, I reaaaally want it.

The dealership dropped off a 2019 cx-5 GT Premium today and I LOVE IT. But the monthly is gonna be higher than I wanna pay.”

Hey! Leave governor Dirtbag, I mean governor Deficit, I mean governor nursing home death, I mean Governor groper alone! He does that to everyone, he said it himself!

The Frontier has always been the store brand Tacoma.  Thats fine.  Sometimes the store brand tastes better.

Even stories about Democrats somehow become stories about Trump around here. And are only tangentially car-related. But hey, any excuse to write even MORE about New York The Known Center Of The Universe.

Now playing

I just saw a video of Jay Leno sticking his head out of the nose of a Grumman Albatross this morning. Enjoy, it sure looks like Jay is.

Update: the fact they have a whole page dedicated to the color scheme means I must not be alone.

Because there are people at the hotel and the whole point of this is to get away

Really your range is only 150 miles since presumably you want to return from the woods and jet fuel is, last time I checked, not readily available there.

Copy the Tacoma, but make it cheaper for the same equipment, makes perfect sense. Why would they have done anything different? Especially since Nissan will mark them down from there, making them much cheaper.

Turns out keeping 5 tons of metal 8,000 feet above the ground requires A LOT of energy.

Hey, this is Jalopnik, where a 3.5' bed will do ANYTHING you need it to.  STFU with your whining.

There’s still such a thing as aircraft RVs though. TP Aero out of Minnesota has a Grumman Albatross that they converted into an amphibious motorhome that even has scuba diving support. It’s pretty beautiful, and you should do an article on it:

It’s got no chin. Like it’s got an underbite.
