I don’t want four doors, I *want* the longer bed, but it’s criminally stupid to lose the jump seats. You need SOMEWHERE to stow groceries out of the rain, and having at least some space behind the front seats— ideally accessible by suicide doors— makes just too much sense.

I don’t know who shouldn’t have a license, but I know some people who shouldn’t own a website.

And that’s my point.  There’s no reason for any OEM to give us “adequate” in the 21st century.  It’s a deliberately bad choice, for “reasons.”

Counterpoint: This is what YOU talk about when YOU talk about ‘underpowered.’

Wait to you appreciate how there’s a market for this author’s bloviation!

That’s the thing that stuns me-- how does the Challenger not come with stock heated grips?  I understand mid- and small- bikes leaving them off at a price point (although in 2021, not really), but zero excuse for a touring cruiser not to include them factory standard.

Old reputation, outdated. Ducatis are as reliable as any bike today, they’ve finally got a halfway-decent dealer/shop network in the U.S., and cost to repair isn’t any worse than other high-end motorcycles. Older bikes with Desmo valves are still finicky to check and adjust— read: do it often and pay $ for it— but

Nah, I like a little bit of asymmetry in my design, it adds character.

The Renegade hasn’t changed much in the intervening years

I’d expect the manual version would swap that for an actual shifter.

I’m not worried about Honda’s patience with the healing process, but *Marquez’s* patience with it.

California said in September that it would be banning the sale of new cars that aren’t zero emission by 2035, which it should probably just do right now instead of waiting. Anyway, there are now calls for the U.S. as a whole to do pretty much the same thing.

Yes.

Not as lazy as online journalists, however.

Bought a tow hook plate holder for my Cayman.  Keeps me legal without drilling extra holes in my car.

The next time I call in sick to work, I’m totally blaming a case of “railway spine.”

I don’t hate it-- in fact, from the rear, it’s quite fetching, I feel-- but would it have killed them to do something about the radiator?  Like, make it matching black to hide it?  Right now, it just looks unfinished.

Editors?

Why make this so complex?
