As someone who has bought and played all of the Smash Bros. games on day one and enjoyed the Single Player of all of them except the Wii U/3DS’s actually tacked-on modes, it’s probably worth noting my opinion of World of Light and the Spirits system.

I think this game is exactly what I want from these developers... which is why I feel like I need to hold off on playing it until it’s done. I just know if I get through all the content now, I’ll never go back to it later. :(

I love that everyone got so disappointed in Ubisoft failing to meet expectations with 5 that they had to course correct and came up with this. I look forward to seeing how they’ll likely drop the ball in the actual game but until then, gimmie some popcorn, I wanna watch the stupid reactions to this.

I like that the list is ever-changing and the history of it is documented... but the fact that Diablo isn’t on here (any of them, though 3 is the current best), let alone any of its kin like Torchlight or Path of Exile, is the only shame I can think of at this moment.

I feel like if you’re actually interested in this game despite everything that’s been reported about it, you’re not a person who cares about the monetization Valve does. Otherwise, this would be the best time to vote with your dollars and just not buy the game in the first place.
