I’m confused and maybe too lazy to read the whole article but... if the meat isn’t frozen for shipment to the restaurant... what is it? Shipped cold but not to a freezing point? My understanding of food is such that I’m fairly certain frozen meat is just as good as fresh meat as long as you do the freezing and thawing

This is me and Xenogears. Once someone finally explained how the ending played out, I finally gave up.

Maybe only allow half your restaurant to be reservation while the other half is first-come first-serve wait-listed. Then if you get no-shows, you just turn those tables into wait-list tables? Or am I just being naive as a person who doesn’t run a restaurant.

I think the only real issue here is that a AAA-tier, large company is making C-tier, tiny company changes to fix its issues. They are too big to fail and too big to make correct changes. I think Bungie’s already gone through at least two come-to-Jesus moments but it’ll take yet another one to deal with this issue
