My favorite memory was 12 straight years of not having a new 2D Metroid game to play... then playing 2 straight hours of AM2R and realizing, wow, this game is freakin’ amazing! If Nintendo won’t make what we all want, at least the Metroid series die-hard fans will. :D

Schadenfreude is something everyone can enjoy! No need to assume mental disability when the entertainment is at the expense of those who put forth death threats while stupidly believing there was more to the game than what’s been shown.

I’m exactly 2 hours in and, probably, 35%-45% done? I can confirm this game is fucking bonkers good and it’s hard to believe it’s even a fan made game. This is the M2 remake Nintendo should have put out, the fucking dolts.

That was announced, but it was in reference to consoles. For a few years now, “exclusive” has had the definition of “console exclusive” or “timed exclusive” and typically didn’t include information about the PC release which was, commonly, same day as the console release. I believe when they did say it was coming to

How evil am I for loving the taste of the tears that have been cried out due to the trainwreck of a release this game has brought us?

Wait, WHAT?! I’m so confused. If the guy who was attacked was IMPERSONATING a government member, doesn’t that mean that a criminal attacked another criminal? This is even more fucked up than a self-defense murder.

Ehhhh as someone who was in the beta just before release I can confidently say that, at the time, it needed more than a single player campaign.

Fucking called it. Bite me, all of you who said I was wrong!

Sure.

The entirety of “why the city didn’t like this” is centered around the party’s usage of nearby fire hydrants. However, the photos clearly show normal household HOSES running to the pool.
At what point was a hydrant ever used?!

I also doubt it “alone” was a problem, I’m just stating that it’s a thing; it’s a non-user taking up bandwidth w/o direct ability to pay for it.
That said, cutting off bots being the real reason makes a lot more sense as to the true reason. It just sucks their PR guys are saying it’s “against the vision of the game.”

Note that I only use relative terms. I don’t actually know how much bandwidth it’s using, I just know that it’s direct bandwidth to a server without any chance of paying money to said server, which means it needs to be cut off.
In the long run, however, I bet you’re right in that it would overall reduce the load that

I went to the iOS page for it and it says on the left side that it’s version 1.1.1 so I dunno!

Sorry, I just ruined your 420 stars by starring to 421.

I had a similar problem and the solution was to turn off some of the default optimizations the BIOS came with. Stuff like changing CPU fan speeds and clocking the CPU down if it was idle, there are special “boost” type terms thrown about in the BIOS and by turning a couple of them off, I completely eliminated the

But according to game director Jeff Kaplan, that’s not really the point.

Important facts:
Fact 1 - I went to the open letter page and did a search for “bandwidth” and nothing came up, which leads me to conclude that Pokevision’s creator did not consider that their connection to the Pokemon Go servers was absolutely killing Niantic’s bandwidth budget.

I mean... they aren’t wrong...
