@LiuBei: I think it's one of those Science Fiction vs. Fantastical Fiction things. Personally, I prefer well done science fiction to well done fantasy any day. (That's not to say I don't enjoy both, as that would be false.) I think this taste difference is were the Mass Effect love spawns from, if not from it solely…
