You should play Lonesome Road. In all honesty, it is not my favorite NV DLC, but it does a great job of fleshing out, filling in the gaps, and finishing the story of the courier.

Yeah, Lonesome Road was about as good as DLC can get in my book. Challenging, adds to the story, tons of unique weapons and gear to loot, and one hell of a grand finale.
