I just think it's weird that when we watch "rich" people we are glamorizing their lifestyles, but when we watch poor people we are laughing at them. I actually take the opposite from it - I laugh at the rich people and their ridiculous extravagant lifestyles and the irony that they call it "reality" TV. Then I watch

I'm sorry did you just say "atheists" and then say "OTHER religions" as if atheism was thus a religion? I am honestly asking because I don't know the billboards by the Lincoln tunnel, but are they atheist ones? If that is what you meant, then that is a really incorrect thing to say.

Yeah, but why is it wrong to laugh at poor people (for being "stupid") but ok to laugh at rich people for the same thing? Is the money supposed to be a comfort or something?

Oh so when we watch and laugh at other caricatures such as the fine folk from Jersey Shore, that's not exploitation? Or when we watch rich famous-for-being-famous families on TV and make fun of them for living in a bizarre, privileged, sheltered world, that's totally fine? Being gay and being pro-life is like being straight and objecting to gay marriage. Why do people base their political views on issues that affect other people negatively, whilst having zero impact on their own personal lives?

I read this in sarcastica.

Yeah because ALL trans people are offended by the same things. Recently a pizza company over here had a very bad taste promotion called "misfortune cookies". Wait, so raise the spawn of a hot shot, but without reaping any of the financial benefits of raising said hotshot spawn? This makes absolutely no sense to me.

OR if you're a single parent. Nobody to alternate with then, is there?

You need a lid with a lock on top of the crip or something. Either that or it's time to sleep the 3 year old in a crate.

We're probably also seeing improved techniques nowdays. It's probably not less, just more subtle and sophisticated.

I think that's a misrepresentation too then!!

It's weird the effect removing them has on the images though. I always wondered how models pulled these faces - why "smeyes" when you can frown and then have all the lines removed so you are just left with a smouldering pout!

Ooh, me, me! I want to overshare my PMS symptoms too!! To me it is like a physical withdrawal, which, technically is what it is - a withdrawal from a hormone normally at higher levels in your system. I actually feel it like a depressed, dark fug in the front of my brain. I can feel it behind my forehead. I try to fill

1)find animal that does something cute 2)video and upload to youtube 3)???? 4)profit

It's more learned than instinctual - obviously it had to occur to the cat to do it in the first place, but the moment it did you can bet it was immediately rewarded with food and squees.

"I think your opinion of my hair is unprofessional." This.

My partner came home from work the other day saying that someone had told him he looked "clean" that day. Back-handed compliment if ever I heard one!!!
