I remember from the one you all posted of the guy who got what, a sub-10 minute lap finally at the Nurburgring in his Citroen, he gets blown by like 3/4 of the way through by a Nissan, only to pass him again a little later after the guy went into the wall and got stuck in the sand trap. If you watch that whole video, I'm pretty sure the cyclist is the one in the wrong there. The car has his blinker on waaaaaaay before that, and this cyclist douche ninjas his way in the spot like an asshole.

Something similar, that seems to be obscure, is that in almost every jurisdiction pedestrians have right of way whenever they're in the road. Because, of course, you're not allowed to knock someone down if you can possibly avoid it, even if they're a complete idiot.
