My biggest concern about driving on track isn't that I'd meet one of these people, but that I'd be one of them myself.

What if I bought a 135i or something similar, and stick 116i or 120d badges on it? (Or is that now the 2-series?)

It's six of one, half of dozen of another. You could make the argument that a closed cockpit in such a small car makes driver escape and recovery harder, while introducing new hazards from shattering lexan, or the potential for fumes to be trapped.

It looks like the whole impact is taken on the crown of the helmet - or near enough to it. That's 13 tons of tractor meeting the head at speed high enough to launch 13 tons of tractor into the air. Effectively, headbutting a solid block of steel at 100kph.

You've confirmed to them all that one of them does definitely have Green Eyes.

Does the original Benz Patent Motorwagen count?

Man, I used to love playing with the H1 in Forza 4. Nothing annoys REAL GAMORZ more than someone beating them honestly in a Hummer. Elephant racing is hilarious.

H2, I'm told, is Japanese for "It will kill you".

My first thought was that it was a bit shit for some poor fella who had his brakes fail.

It's got the right name. If they make it, I might just have to jack this four-wheeled thing in.

As an Rx-8 owner, I want to hope.

AMD's APU's are a bit of an odd thing. I'm running an A10 system with one of the new Kaveri chips and no dedicated GPU. One thing I've found is that, since the system RAM is also your graphics RAM, there're some real benefits to having faster memory, especially for graphics-intensive work.

I have to partially disagree. The automotive industry here was under a lot of pressure - to the point where many dealers were struggling to keep the lights on. There were also a number of schemes and tax breaks that meant it made financial sense to buy a 16,000 euro new car (After trade in), and finance that 16,000

We are VAG. Your vehicles will adapt to service us. Your technological and mechanical distinctiveness will be added to our own. You will be assimilated...

With a legendary name like 'H2', I don't doubt it'll be the last bike quite a few people'll buy.

Now playing

A little late, but here's one from the Nurburgring, and how one idiot not stopping with an oil leak can ruin a lot of people's days.

Went to the Udvar-Hazy centre last year to 'see the Space Shuttle' The first thing that strike you standing beside it is just how big the Shuttle actually is. And how big the engines at the back are. It's a monster thing that looks nothing like you'd expect it to in person.

Oh my god, that engine noise....

In fairness, he gives a fairly decent explanation for his own mistake - he assumed the marshalls were waving for a downed rider or something after the blind crest - not an unreasonable assumption. And after taking a motorcycle to the head, I'd stop too.

500GB disks are cheaper and easier to source, probably
