A segment was filmed at Shelbourne park once. I think it was an Mx-5 racing a greyhound

Filmed entirely on dashcam?

I would assume the shooter has already been tried, convicted and released for shooting her.... Wouldn't double jeopardy come into play then?

I don't have to. I can swim long enough to either make it to a lifeboat, or get picked up by a passing ship.

All this does is remind me why I take the ferry to the continent.

Because life isn't just about bland utility. Happiness and emotional wellbeing are important facets of life, and if a particular purchase improves either of these facets then it is a logical purchase.

Over 65 percent of the price of my fuel goes straight to the government coffers. It doesn't matter how efficient my car is.... it still bloody hurts. (Fuel Duty + Carbon Duty + VAT, stacking)

I've grown far to used to the display on my '07 Renault Scenic. It's a 1980's style LED blue-green display but it's wonderfully clear with Speed in big numbers and anything else you'd need to know easily available. It's also quite nice to read at night because it's not a dazzling colour.

Renault. Runs badly longer than most cars run.

Broken legs pinned under a crumpled dashboard..... and flames just starting to lick out from under the bonnet.

That.

The greatest Paranoia game involves a group of people who've never played it before, and a GM who has.

"Indicators, what do they do?"

Something involving a red barchetta...

Now playing

Or how about the BBC dub of it.... which has a charm

Diesel here is cheaper. Both in Fuel duty, at the pump, and when it comes to taxing your car each year because of how taxation is calculated. Here it's based on emissions at the exhaust.... which ties right back into how the EU calculates fuel economy.

TDI's are used all over Europe. Wouldn't be too hard to compare statistics would it? If the failure rate is the same, then it's a parts issue. If it's higher in one territory then it's a fuel or driver issue.

Any foreign country in your own car. Especially speed-camera heavy ones.

Can't say much about the auto market. But I'd sure trade our motor tax regime. When over half the price of a new car, and 2/3-3/4 the price of a litre of fuel goes straight into the government pockets. Oh, and annual road tax that can be in the thousands. And usurious insurance levels.
