Jump scares, when used in moderation, can really put you on edge, though. I LOVE your ideas too, though. A live vid feed of you with something eerie or horrific behind you would mess with you even after you turned the game off. Now THAT'S horror!

I like your ideas. Hopefully developers are thinking this creatively with Kinect 2.0.

A horror game needs to screw with you as a player to be fully scary. You know, like the stuff in Eternal Darkness (which I never played, but read enough about). We're too comfortable with the fact that "it's only a game".
