I don't see how saying "I would think by now Nintendo would know better" implies that they are new to gaming. If anything their statement means they've been following Nintendo and watching how they handle things for a very long time.

Fixing the lack of games that take advantage of the controller won't fix the systemic problem of having to stare down at a different screen to use it.

You're misunderstanding me. I don't think talking about game length is an inane conversation. I think talking about a game's length before we know if it's even any good is an inane conversation. It's silly to see all these headlines and "reports" about how the game is five hours long before anyone has context for what

The problem is that, with this issue, not feeding them convinced the trolls that they were right and that pretty much everyone was silently agreeing with them.

To be fair they did inflate their numbers by bundling it with the cheap Xbox Ones over the holidays.
