Amazing stuff. The Verge did a fantastic job on the video and the article, and I love the discussion brought up about police being able to film people in a public space, but when an officer is filmed by someone else there is usually an attempt to confiscate the film as it's dealing with a "private matter".

It's slightly more offensive than fool. 'Tool' as an insult can mean a few things, but I usually use it for someone who is acting like a jerk for no real reason.
