Just saying, according to the story the cops came in and she she pointed the shot gun first. This wasn’t a standoff that had to happen, you’re right, but let’s wait until all the details are in.

Them and people who drive really slow in the fast lane. They deserve their own special circle of hell.
Hey, all those sins were invented in the 20th century!
I know he’s still got some backwards views, but a lot, and I mean a lot, of the super conservative Catholics that go to my mom’s church don’t really like him. I know he’s not really a liberal, but at look at how much he’s gone against the grain of the modern church: he has emphasized that evolution and the big bang…
I didn’t start reading her work until I found out she died. I’ve always liked good true crime stories and, man, if wish she was still here. I can’t wait to read this book when it's finished, and hopefully it will help Patton with the healing process.
I remember his stuff when they were still dating, about being a comedian in love. Every time she came up in his jokes you could see how much he loved her.
She brought a viable claim, despite what tv court procedural dramas make it look like. If you read the filings and her statements, her claim is absolutely viable. Whether she will win in court is a different matter, and since this has been going on for a while, I’m not griefing her over choosing the battles she thinks…
It also doesn't call the veracity of her story into question, and I don't know why I'm supposed to be convinced it would.
Yes but Luke and Sony also had credible testimony for their side. That was the problem, it came down to he said/she said and a judge wasn’t going to nullify or invalidate a legally binding contract with nothing more than that.
Because unfortunately Kesha didn’t have any concrete proof, the evidence came down to he said/she said, and the judge wasn’t going to risk setting a precedent to invalidate business contracts with out a higher burden of proof.
In my experience, when I went to where Pikachus were reported, I still had to walk around for a while before one actually popped up. Like, it’s not that accurate to say exactly on this specific street corner. They told you about where the Pokemon might show up and you had to walk around until that did.
So was it cheating when the Nintendo’s Official Guide to Pokemon Red&Blue was released way back in the day and showed the locations of the rare Pokemon in the original games? Or did it help people fill out their collections?
You got it. The big park in the middle of the city a couple blocks from my apartment has a ton of different Pokemon, the small park down the street from my brothers house in the suburbs has a much smaller selection. When my brother wants to take his kids to the park to catch Pokemon, he'd like to be able to find…
That’s stupid. I used the 3rd party radar apps because different Pokemon spawn at different places around my city. I wanted to know which parks had the Pokemon I haven’t gotten yet.
Someone needs an appointment to a higher bench. But then that's one less judge to put a stop to this shit at a local level. Shit. Whatever, this was refreshing to see, a judge who is still a person.
So does Trump not know what a DVR is? Or does he think everyone's else is too stupid to know what a DVR is?
My girlfriend made me watch this the other night, I almost died laughing!
I didn't realize how much I needed this until read it. Thank you.
I looked up Michelle’s speech writer as soon as the speech was over, not surprised she also wrote the speech Melania ripped off. She really is an amazing wordsmith.
Her speech writer is Sarah Hurwitz, and she worked on the speech that Melania ripped off. She and Michelle both went into that speech with a chip on their shoulder.
