While I'd be okay with that, I think we've seen more then enough clones from small publishers or indie games that look very similar and behave similarly to each other that this shouldn't be an issue, especially from a company like Team ICO. I said once, I’ll do it again. Dragon’s Dogma used the exact same mechanic, and never had any problems. There is no legal hold on that mechanic, nor is making game clones, it’s been done plenty of times.
