Nope. First thing I noticed where I was staying outside of Dallas in a friend's Accord. The parking space that I had just parked in was friggin' enormous. And the drive-thru ATM was strangely difficult to reach from said Accord.

That's great, but you're forgetting that in Texas, all of the parking spaces are all truck sized because everyone drives something close to that size, and in Texas that truck would fit in a space just fine.

Emphasis on designating one person specifically. If you point to the crowd and yell Call 911, chances are that no one will. If you single one person out, and direct them to call 911 after confirming they have a cell phone, you will ensure that 911 actually gets dialed.
