I have a 2012 with the 5.0L AJ133. Love the power increase over the 4.4L, not going to love the timing chain guides in a few years. A problem the 4.4L doesn’t suffer from.

All joking aside, this platform is pretty solid. The 4.4L AJ133 is a rock solid engine, as is the ZF 6 speed. The only potential issue may be the air suspension, however an upgraded compressor and a quick ECU flash will sort that right out. Or you can ruin it with a spring conversion, your call.
