So sorry, but the Caravan in #8... brake boosting? o_O

That clip has been floating around for years, this YT video is not the original . That car got hit in the roof by a bus, and in the original video's caption it is reported that the driver did in fact die.

Yes on both counts, sadly.

As much as it pains me to say it... The 1988 Pontiac LeMans. Solid front disc brakes.

Of course it would be OK off road, look at the Land Rover Defender (or anything Land Rover in Europe) and the 300TDi or the TD5 engines they came with?

You say regretful cancelling of account. I say "I've just found out how to get out of my contract early".

In tears. I'm in tears.

I'll give you that for the Essex 3.8L, but I call shenanigans that everyone you know who owned a Taurus bought it with the 3.8L. Almost all of them were the Vulcan 3.0L V6, which was all but un-killable. If they were blowing head gaskets on that engine, the car was ill-maintained.

You didn't need to. Their failure mileages spoke volumes.

My first Taurus was sold at 201,000 and is probably still going. My first SHO went 212,000 miles until I improperly torqued a bolt and ruined the crankshaft.

Yup. No way this could possibly go wrong.

And this is why you are HC'd.

Dammit, my keyboard.

Obligatory.

There are Westchester County Police galore on that stretch of the Hutch, eager to catch you as you've lost all patience over the course of the past 5 miles of grandma trolling along at 50 in the left lane, and have already dropped into second and are passing on the on ramp at the Mobil station's left side merge lane.

Funny that, my Japanese engined V6 Taurus turns just a scosche under 3000RPM's at 80MPH in 5th gear. And returns a cool 25MPG's to boot.

$kay, it's too damn early to be dropping #COTD material like that.

It would be a shame if they were stolen between now and the time of their execution. Just sayin'.
