I love mid-century modern styling and am extremely jealous of that couch.

I’ve only done that once, when a bronze player, teamed up with a gold-rank friend (I am also gold, fwit), started bitching at the Mercy on our team for picking her after the last nerf. He started blaming her for our loss, and as a fellow support player I felt obligated to defend her.
Ugh. His deadline is my birthday. Wonder if I can send him some Monopoly money and one of these:
Huh. Link’s Awakening DX is one of only 2 LoZ games I’ve actually completed (the other being Phantom Hourglass). Wish I knew where my cart was. If I didn’t trade it away after high school, it’s probably in a box of my old things in my parents’ garage. In Florida.
Counterpoint: Smarties are a nasty, inferior M&M, which is already a mediocre candy to begin with. And before you claim that the Germans ruined them and I’ve never known real bliss, I had Smarties way back in the 90s when they were still made in the UK.
It’s funny at first, but we were a large group, and when you have to wait for 5 or more people to each take their turn after doing a bit, it gets tedious. Yeah, I guess I was the only one who wanted to play it straight. I mean, I was a chaotic neutral Tempest cleric, and I was the most law-abiding, non-random…
The first time I ever got to join a D&D group, my experience was pretty much the same as yours, Gita. Practically everyone in our group thought they were comedians and had some shtick they felt that had to do for their characters. One guy was a ranger half-dragon with daddy issues and a pet snake named Ssssslippers…
I had a Ronin Warriors fansite, hosted on Angelfire, I believe. Back then, those of us who were in the know wouldn’t have touched Geoshitties. (Also, I was too fancy for MS Paint. I think I had a copy of Photoshop Elements 5 for my lousy custom buttons.)
I am sooooo conflicted here.
Huh. I’d forgotten the Ouya was ever a thing, and I used to work at a store that sold them.
I, for one, would like some support hero merchandise that is NOT Mercy-centric. I mean, I like Mercy and still play her, but I really want some Moira or Zenyatta swag.
I will never tire of this GIF.
Oh Lawd, save me from suicidal tanks who don’t understand that you, poor little singular support that you are, cannot actually outheal 4 enemy DPS all focusing on them. Same thing goes for Pharahs who complain about no heals when the enemy Widow keeps head-shotting them.
MOIRA SKIN MOIRA SKIN MOIRA SKIN MOIRA SKIN MOIRA SKIN MOIRA SKIN MOIRA SKIN MOIRA SKIN MOIRA SKIN MOIRA SKIN MOIRA SKIN MOIRA SKIN
This is how I play (and survive team wipes) as Moira. I will have to start playing this way when I’m on Mercy, too.
I’m so sick of hearing people against gun control say “Yes, but responsible gun owners...” as a counter-argument. All gun owners think they are responsible until suddenly they aren’t. Literally today, I was talking to a woman who said she accidentally shot her TV because she didn’t realize there was a bullet in the…
Blah blah responsible gun owners blah blah...
Then they all died of dysentery.
My poor old cat is definitely a mama’s boy. He’s always hopping into my lap when I’m trying to play computer games. My other cat, a younger female, is less about cuddles than the boy, but she will flop and roll on the floor to let me know she wants scritches.
I would like to thank you for the phrase “like Gandalf before a Balrog” to describe a meeting/confrontation. I’m going to try to use that in conversations from now on. It deserves to be heard.
