I thought this was going to be gimmicky. It's not—I got goosebumps, and found this strangely moving. The way they isolated the audio on Challenger was well done as a tribute and memorial to those astronauts. I remember that launch like it was yesterday, and this is a fitting memorial.

I agree entirely.

Too late.....

Yes, it's not sexy—but it's not really meant to be, and babies and kids rock, so it's all good.

How'd you like to be Sarko and Carla's new baby? "Yes, honey, you were conceived when mom was comforting daddy after losing a big election." But, still, huzzah for babies.

I don't get this, although I know it happens. I was hot for my wife before she was pregnant. Hot for her while she was pregnant. Yeah, seeing my first son exit was a bit of an....experience, but got over that quickly. Does she look exactly like she looked pre-two-kids? No? Still look good to me? You bet. I wonder

If we want to be technical here (hey, it's Giz) you'd write that the leap second was added just before 0000 UTC (which, for some reason, stands for Coordinated Universal Time, and is not the French or any other abbreviation for it either, per http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coordinated_Universal_Time#Abbreviation). It's best to be thought a fool than to open one's mouth and remove all doubt. I don't think it's the feds' fault that trees fell down on CSX's tracks. CSX, you know—a private sector company that can do no wrong?

Margarine (or, as originally called, oleomargerine) usually doesn't have butter in it. Indeed, that was one of the claimed health benefits: no dairy fat. Anyway, I'd try this knife. Yeah, spreading, blah blah, but the toast is already hot, so.....

That's one hella elegant way of expressing exactly what I was thinking. Jesus.

If it had a muffler effect, it would be great for work. But at home, the sound is the biggest benefit of farting. Loud pipes save lives.

Yes, because Safari is completely innocent....

Why? They have 'em in Seattle, and they're cool. Or not.

I agree. My house is not so big, yet hardly any router reaches the whole house, even if I put it in the middle of the house. And range extenders suck. I want one powerful router—range is my most important criterion.

I'm surprised. I love my Netgear N, but I thought the WRT54G would clean up—and never expected the airport to do so well!

I live in Raleigh. Have never been in this bar, but did peruse the menu the other day. It looks like the unholy marriage of Hooters and the frozen food aisle at the Kroger. I went for the shitty food, but stayed for the racism! Anyway, this is not a high-class bar, whatever that is. It's a bar. With a sign. Written by

I threw a tantrum? Look at your comments, a real model of reasoned discourse.

Feel better now? I hope so, for your sake....

Just downloaded Divvy. This is really useful to me! Well worth it at $6 bucks. Will install on my office machine too.
