Doom rules all...
I’m pretty sure that was intentional. Read the video info. He was originally shooting for getting the fastest possible Cease and Desist letter.
Also, every television in Central City is tuned to channel 52.
Or, maybe the SJ reporter couldn't reach the center for comment, since he has apparently gone Incognito.
You know the only thing that bugs me about her being a “former” bounty hunter is that she’s relatively young (18?). Was her time as a bounty hunter like the summer after the one where she worked at Space-Applebee’s? But shit, these people elect rulers who are 12, so who am I to question their child labor practices...
The reason why white guys get cast for these roles can at least partly be explained by how white everyone in that video was except Auli’i and her mom.
Or: “I love you, Barry, and I will always be proud of you. But I lost my wife, I was put in jail for her murder, I missed all those years that my son was growing up. Central City is just too full of sadness for me. So please understand that I need to be away for a while. Until some of my wounds heal.”
If Henry had just said “I’ve been in jail for over a decade, I want some time to go out and see the world,” I would have accepted it completely. This was just sloppy.
Nothing is Better than Ezra? It was Good, but it left me Desperately Wanting.
Jeez, Captain Nitpicky... I bet you’re loads of fun at parties.
In defense of the stupid "sneak into the building" plotline, Ren did overhear them say that Miko was being held in the main conference room. All he had to do after hearing that was follow the signs that any corporate building would have in it.
I had the same thought. Sounds like they’re falling over backwards to make sure the extras know what they’re getting into, just to avoid any awkwardness or miscommunication on the set. “Hey, when you mentioned that there might be be some ‘tasteful’ nudity involved, you didn’t say that I’d be playing a painted…
I’m not sure how much of the scenes described above will make it into the show, but is sounds like the casting company is covering all possibilities. That is, they don’t want any actors coming to them saying “You didn’t say I’d have to touch a dude’s junk!” I’d wager that they provided extras for nude scenes before…
Hang on a second, this article is heavily prejudging a show that hasn’t even aired based on a piece of production material that we have no context for. GoT was criticised (rightly in my opinion) for how it portrayed sexual violence and its consequences. But you can’t equate that to what is being portrayed in Westworld…
I don’t think you can compare the sexual violence on GOT with this waiver/disclaimer. People are making a lot of assumptions about what will be filmed and depicted as part of the story, when much (but not all) of what is said based more in nudity than sex, and nothing has been stated about gender.
Can we please make at least some effort to distinguish between sexual violence and sex? Your article kind of conflates the two, when they could not be more different.
They should let him fulfill his destiny and put him on First Take already.
The density of takes in this one meme is approaching Neutron Star level
And Manziel hasn’t done anything to warrant being benched, other than, I guess, not being Josh McCown.
