The upside is that there are so many more highways for them to cover compared to when I lived there in the early 90's. Of course back then the back roads were pretty empty and you could carry your speed there.

Yes. And the race isn’t over until you cross the finish line. I can think of many times where someone had the win in the bag and decided to showboat, only to screw up and lose.
Sure, Mr. Policeman. Like this has never happened to you.
This is correct. In typical NY fashion they tried to promote how much better it looked than the blue and white tags. Everyone was supposed to pay for new tags. The state backed off and let people keep the tags they wanted and only make the new tags be this design. Most of the specialty tags are the old style so you…
I noticed the engines didn’t look original. They had the aft extentions that I’d alwasy see on Delta’s 727s. My understanding was that the extentions were for noise abatement. The article says the engines were donated by FedEx.
Back when music was so good it didn’t require autotune.
That’s not rust. That’s Iron Curtain Camo.

Same here. Lived in Roanoke for many years. First job after college was in B’burg (didn’t go to Tech), and lived in NOVA for 10 years. Now I live far away but regularly visit family in B’Burg.
Happily, everyone west of 95 would like you to keep believing that and stay on your side.
A lot of Tech’s students and problems come from the NOVA/DC/Baltimore area.
I did a lot of IBA rides in the late ‘90s and early ‘00s. Never did a 50CC though. There was something about the freedom of movement in the seating postion of an ST bike and the mental engagement that made the miles roll by. I’m also one who regularly only sleeps three hours a night and can hit the ground running in…
He was a loser of a Governor who was all about cutting government and giving money back at any cost. The problem was, he overdid it gutted parts of the government. VDOT was so bad off after he left, they lacked the civil engineers to manage the mixing bowl project and other big projects.
