IMO: There is only one acceptable color for a turn signal. Yellow (or amber for you pedantic folks out there). They need to stop using the same red lights for both brake and turn signals. They aren’t the same thing, don’t use the same color.

Not every car needs a manual. With one exception, I’ve only had cars with manual transmissions. Most are a good match, but some are not.
