This is by far the most visceral engine. The F1 engine sings a tightly wound song that rises and falls around the circuit. The top fuel engine is a binary beast. At idle it shakes and jumps as it delivers concussive punches to the chest accompanied randomly with flame or unburned nitromethane. When it is called…
Dependability.
Never speed near Emporia. Period.
I've never heard of this before. Just a civillian. But these guys deserve every minute of it.
Seriously. This is the epitome of the malaise-era cars that we always make fun of. I worked at a service station after school in the early 80's and saw many of these cars. They were crap. CRAP! Just because it has a stick doesn't mean it has any power or that you felt like you were actually shifting it as much as…
What car was inspired by the Miata?
You mock, but much of this is me and I don't give a shit. Marcus can make an effing movie about it for all I care.
Well, here you go. According to Mazda's press kit for the auto show, most global markets will see the 2016 Miata powered by a 1.5 liter engine (which we had already heard and really, really didn't believe... whoops!), but, and this is a first in Miata-land, the US market will have the car powered by the familiar 2.0…
Someone needs fill the void left by the Mercedes R63 AMG, and I think SRT are crazy enough to do it.
I would think that participants would have to sign an informed consent that outlines the rights and liabilities of the study.
Really, what pitfalls? I think FactoryFive did a pretty good job with the 818. I had my deposit in and was high on the list. I was ready to go until I had three major events occur (two good, one not so good). For now, I've had to put the 818 on hold. I'll watch this project to see what happens.
Got to give Scotia some credit. I couldn't believe it when I found out it had been filmed back in the hometown. Only been back once or twice since I was a kid. The Dairy Circus (Friendly's ice cream scene in the movie) brings back memories. Only thing missing was a scene a Jumpin' Jacks.
I guess you've never read an annual report before. Show me one that doesn't list nearly every possible business risk short of a direct asteroid strike. Have you even looked at Nissan's 10-K to see what their risks are, LeafDriver?
Medical emergency? Must have been hives.
I for one can't wait for self driving cars. Road trips will go by much faster when the missus and I can pull the shades and shag our way to Vegas.
