Pizza. A local place does a carbonara pizza with an egg on top. I almost asked them to keep the egg off the first time I ordered it, but am so glad I went with it. The secret is to crack the egg on the pizza about half way through cooking so the white sets quick and the yoke doesn’t fully cook.
