Nop,i also the think the first one was a lot better from soundtrack,story and it being more of an rpg then a 3rd person cover shooter with rpg elements,offcourse it had flaws that they fixed but they also fixed stuff that was not broken.

I know,just saying its been done before,and it's not nearly has awesome has Kojima made it seem to be.
But at least it is not payed DLC,so it is a nice little extra mission.
