Yeah Grim Fandago and Monkey Island 4 were both games that din't use mouse and you controled the character directly,pretty sure you could even usa a gamepad, at least on monkey island 4.

somehow the Way of the Samurai games keep getting realased outside of Japan and i don't think they sell that well,they are fun games tough,but not very polished like say an Yakuza game.

actully they also would need to have premission from every voice actor's agencie and actors that worked on the game and that takes time,thats why a lot of games just get dubed.
