Worst: A base model Ford Fiesta rental. Roomier inside than I’d imagined, nicer surface materials than I’d imagined as well. But the engine is coarse and plodding, exacerbated by a transmission that seemed geared for a different car and a suspension that made the entire package feel taller and 1/2 as wide as it was.

[Clarkson] POWER!!!!!! [\Clarkson]

The saddest part is that there are thousands upon thousands of mouth-breathing simpletons who will parrot that bullshit as if it were the hottest of takes or even close to factual.

If they import one that roughly approximates the outgoing D-110, runs on diesel and tows a reasonable figure I’ll buy one....in the 2nd year of production.

Considers potential impact of a crosswind or a passing big rig.......er, no thanks

As would I. But I live in CA. Even if I got it to US shores I couldn't register it here.

Yo Gerry, I’d have bought a Defender (110) if your mates hadn’t created a false scarcity by only importing about 500 of them.

...also not a fan of the recent trend in Decepticon looking headlamp assemblies.

Dear Kawasaki. This looks horrible.

Your primary question is a good one Tyler but I think the larger question is, “Would an effort like this not be more effective if we didn’t announce to the world that we’re coming?”

Thank goodness they didn't have James May explain it

How about some prices for common spares? Gearbox? UCA/LCA? Hubs? Various bits of bodywork?

It wasn’t the Amish who did it.
