Actually Gastric acid is ~1 on the pH scale, while lemon juice is ~2, which is actually less acidic. The higher the number the more it moves away from being a strong acid.

My guess is this works by tricking the body into producing less gastric acid, thereby neutralizing the problem naturally. As opposed to introducing a base, which would neutralize the gastric acids, but possibly have your body ramp up gastric acid production to take care of the base.

I think the more important question is how they reacted to a text message. Seriously, when in the last 3 years has anyone made a phone call?

I am not a coffee drinker at all. Ironically, I do find that I enjoy "vaping"(smoking an e-cig) coffee flavored e-liquids.

You mention the Canadian & UK versions being broken. Is that why the last few days it has gone back and forth between current content, and the Wallpaper Wednesday page from like 2 weeks ago. I have cleared my cache and everything but the only thing that would work was visiting the normal page.

Yay! It sucks MUCH less now. Obviously it is in need of a bit of polish, but at least now I can stop using the Canadian version of the site.
