Drunk bike riding should be legal everywhere. If somebody is clearly to drunk, then the law should evert to “public intoxication”. I know people can hurt themselves and potentially others riding a bike drunk. But the odds of killing someone else are highly improbable. I think folks should have the option to ride bikes…
