i’ve been on it for 6 months and it doesn’t effect my appetite other than i feel full longer but i still love eating and i eat very well. i haven’t lost a single pound on it tho, which is good because i don’t need to lose weight. if you’re having trouble getting your a1c down don’t be afraid to try it.
I mostly have a grievance with people already at healthy weights using it to get really skinny. As an obese guy who might end up using this at some point, I don’t fault my fellow obese folks for using it to lose weight - obesity sucks, and I’d much rather be at a weight that keeps my risk of diabetes and other health…
