You kind of glossed over the racism bit. It is a big deal:

I am not certain that you are arguing in good faith. Still, the judges disagree with you. “The central question in this case was whether the judge, Mr Justice Warby, had been right to grant summary judgment for breach of privacy and breach of copyright...”

That is the exact opposite of the actual law in both the UK and the US. If I write a book and give it to you, you can’t then go and copy that book and publish it. That’s a copyright violation. And so Meghan won her case. Twice. I think the judges know a bit more about this.

I believe it went down exactly as he said, because it’s Georgia. I also believe they won’t care and he’ll get the death penalty, because it’s Georgia.
