In fairness, I haven't action purchased an action-figure in some years, but personally, I always preferred the ones that were a little more stiff and solidly-built. I suppose that's because I actually played with them, as opposed to displaying them.

Well said.

Yeah, it's quite hard to find anymore. Definitely an amazing game, though; very much a Diablo-style appeal, where you're grinding for the rarest loot. In fact, I would honestly say it does it even better than Diablo; to this day, seeing that fabled "Red Box" drop gives me a massive adreneline rush.

Here are my personal picks:

I actually had a very similar experience with Sonic Generations and Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II, just in the past few weeks (Steam sales). I played demos for both games before their actual releases, and I thought they both sucked. Having played them recently — keeping in mind, my opinion is probably biased as I

It doesn't translate well into screenshots, but the animations are buttery-smooth. Might check out a video; this is honestly the best sprite-work I've seen this side of Castlevania.

You know, I always like to point to Animal Crossing as a wonderful example that, really, video-games don't *NEED* to have enemies or violence to be fun.

While I personally disagree that the game isn't worth playing, I do think people are getting a little carried away in attacking the review (and reviewer). As a Gaming Journalist, his job is to offer as honest a review as possible, even if it's negative. That doesn't necessarily mean the game is bad, it's just him

I think the simple truth is that Shooters are popular because it's something we understand. I mean, that's really the heart of it; we all know what guns do, and we all know how we should avoid bullets. Truth be known, I think the Stealth genre could actually do equally well, if only there was a more consistent formula.

Japan never lets me down with cute girls!

It's fortunate that *most* of these issues could potentially be fixed via patches; I just hope they *do*.

As I've said before; I am by no means a Nintendo-fanboy ( in fact, I'm surprised the Wii U isn't more *noticeably* powerful than it is), but I'll be genuinely surprised is the next Xbox and Playstation try to make a leap towards being substantially more powerful. It's already been stated numerous times that making

Yeah, that was really bizarre. In most places, it was difficult to notice any difference anyways, but the Wii showed itself technically better in a few instances (I say "technically", because those new costumes suck). But that one scene where it just failed to load the textures completely... I've honestly never seen

I haven't played it, but I was under the assumption those "Armored" Costumes were just default outfits, that you could change it back to the original. I certainly hope that's the case, because yeah, they look abysmal.

Keep in mind, I'm in full-on "rant-mode", so I'm sure I'm probably overreacting. Still, it's disappointing that they still skimp on the most basic of features like this.

Fucking Hell, Nintendo! Seriously, God-fucking-dammit!!!

To my knowledge, she's free, and there's two more in the pipeline. I agree, I loved NG2 and was bummed to hear how far NG3 strayed from the formula. I'm definitely all for them re-releasing the Razor's Edge on all consoles, or even further improving it with a Sigma release. I'm just banking that they're going to start

I understand their thinking; they don't want Mii's to have unnatural hair-colors. I don't think anyone in Japan actually has Red hair; at least, I've never seen anyone with it naturally. I suppose if the system was developed exclusively in Japan, it's the sort of thing that maybe it was an honest oversight, but

It won't be a graphical *leap* is what I'm saying. Sure, it will be *capable* of displaying some incredible visuals, but the sad truth of the matter is this; graphical fidelity is quickly getting to a point where it's simply not efficient to render life-like imagery. Nobody is going to spend a billion dollars to

That's what I'm thinking. I'm kind of the only "hardcore gamer" in my family, so being able to use the GamePad, while all my cousins, nieces, and nephews play the game, should be a lot of fun, and challenging in a very interesting way. Not only are they faced with the classic challenges of any Mario game, but I get to
