I'd rather pay $60 for the game that the developer wanted me to have, rather than only buy things I feel like I *need*. After all, people don't fall in love with games because they're cheap.

I wish they would either waive the fee to play the remainder of the same, or even allow us to transfer our characters to the Japanese servers. That way, all our experiences wouldn't have been for nothing.
Man, this is really sad. The game was *WAY* too expensive for what little content they provided, but the game became a genuinely good game after the Expansion.
Agreed!
I agree, the Wii U stuff was actually really exciting, to me. Hell, even Nintendo Land had some stuff that looked really fun (although, I would personally prefer it to be pre-installed, as opposed to a separate disc).
Hmm, I've never actually played a Fire Emblem game; I just know of the series because of the Smash Bros games. What are the like?
Completely agreed; the GameCube really didn't get enough credit for how awesome the first-party stuff was.
I'm getting a South Park kind of vibe. Not sure what to make of that.
Aww man, Killer Instinct was so beast! I remember playing the hell out of that when I was a kid. To be honest, with the resurgence in Fighter popularity, it would actually be a fantastic move to bring that series back.
Man, Monsters Inc would be a PERFECT fit! Just imagine, Sora and co running around in new Monster-forms. It would only be good, though, if John Goodman and Billy Crystal voiced their respective characters.
Honestly, I think what it really comes down to is the inflated price that it takes to make games. When millions of dollars are being invested into a product, nobody wants to "take a chance". I mean, it's not hard to blame them; if you were given a million dollars to invest, would you really start a whole new project?…
#3, especially! It's just like the video-interview with John Carmack the other day; I could listen to that guy talk all day, even if I haven't got a clue about half the shit he's talking about. Good developers have passion, and that passion really resonates with people.
Agreed, not to mention that he was a little badass in KH1. I'm *REALLY* not digging his haircut in this game, though; makes him look like a soccer-mom : /
Agreed, they're really stepping their game up. I genuinely hope they continue to add more and more "big" content like this, because I'm more than willing to pay for it :)
Aside from Horse Armor, I think almost all of their DLC for Oblivion was pretty great. Admittedly, I thought "Spell Tomes" should've been included in a free content-update or part of a larger DLC (such as the Wizard's Tower?), but overall they've done a pretty good job.
Yeah, I'd have to agree. I definitely love the thought of it taking place near the Movies' timeline, but I'm with you in that I want to experience a whole new side of the Galaxy far, far away.
Ahh, I love this series! I just hope they'll include *some* kind of bonus content, though. I'd love a new Versus OF (Orbital Frame) to choose from, maybe a "teaser" for a future game? :D
I think that while most people would agree that DMC3 sported the best combat of the series, I'm not sure people actually liked his character. In fact, I seem to recall him making it on quite a lot of "Worst/Dorkiest Characters" lists...
Preach on, brotha.
As I've been saying the entire time; the game looks good in its own right, but it still doesn't "feel" like Devil May Cry. Don't get me wrong; I like the vibe of this new game. As well, the gameplay looks surprisingly robust; quite a revelation given that Heavenly Sword and Enslaved weren't exactly combat-powerhouses.
