Honestly, SEGA needs to look at *why* people love these games — they're recent enough that's it's not "just cause we were kids when we played them".

As said, the Console versions are very different, being "Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance", which are separate games connected only by the city itself. I loved those games, too, albeit for very different reasons.

That is OOOOOLD promotional art. They haven't announced it as HD, but they did say they're recreating Baldur's Gate with a new system, and adding a few "modern improvements", whatever that means. They also said they're adding all-new content and characters, which could be fun!

Well, the Glittering Stars don't actually do anything, they just make your save-file look a little snazzier. The shame of it is, of course, that getting through every Normal World without dieing 5 times wouldn't really be *that* hard, if you know to turn the game off when the Gold Tanooki Suit appears in advance.

Yeah, OCD is VERY rough to deal with at times. Like I said in a few other posts, even though I look a lot better with a beard or goatee, if it isn't 100% symmetric or even one hair seems longer than another, I have to shave it all off (that being just one example).

I'm not knocking the reward, simply that you should be able to still acquire it.
