I really feel you, for the most part. TOR isn't a *bad* MMO, it just feels rather bare-bones, outside of the amazing story-telling.

I just hope Darksiders is safe >_<

I can't say I liked Dragon Ball *more* than DBZ, but it was definitely very good, too. Strangely, I'd say it felt more "for adults" than DBZ, but the two shows just had totally different vibes.

Man, Dragon Ball Z was so awesome as a kid. Seriously, it's a perfect boys' show; it's got tons of action, superpowers, a nice big cast of potential "favorite characters", and a bit of playful sexy-time.

For me, the only truly *great* episodes in the Buu Saga were when Vegeta sacrificed himself (which for some reason I always found surprisingly emotional), and when Gohan *first* returned after his training.

Ahh, the Dreamcast. I still think it was a dramatically-underrated console, as the Dreamcast-era Sonic Team (not the "Sonic Team" we have now) was really developing the kinds of games that I still want to play today.

Oh wow, bummer. I dunno, maybe I just got lucky. I got a Razer mouse (can't remember the name) about seven years ago, and that thing worked perfectly, up until a few months ago, when my friend's kid ripped the USB-end from the cord. Because, you know, THAT'S PERFECTLY FINE!

Honestly, I would definitely still recommend a PS2 for anybody A) new to "serious gaming", or B) looking to game on a really tight budget.

Quite honestly, as a Console-gamer, I would be perfectly content with this thing *requiring* power from an outlet, just for the fact that it provides the luxury of PC-gaming, without all of the things I don't like about PC-gaming; things like control-scheme, all the problems updating drivers, that sort of thing.

In fairness, I picked up a Razer mouse a few years back, and I still prefer it over anything else I've tried. Their stuff is super-overpriced, but you can't knock the quality or designs.

Man, that thing does look pretty sexy. There's no way in hell I would ever take something that looks that expensive out of my house, and quite honestly, I'm not sure I would even truth it *in* my house, unless it came with one hell of a warranty.

This seems as good a place to get some pointers on my own writing — though I'm still a long ways being being as talented as this article's writer, obviously.

Hah, fair enough on the Women/Females thing.

Fact is, this topic takes an outright offensive stance towards anyone who doesn't believe every single thing says. You need to read the article again if you don't think there was a snarky, insulting undertone towards male gamers — except himself! — in that article.

The fact is, I don't think there really *is* a "gamer culture" anymore, beyond appreciating 8-bit art or remixes of classic tunes. The article kind of generalized every male or plays games, though, and kind of tells us what our opinion is, and how it should be.

I get what you mean, and kind of agree, kind of disagree.

You perfectly summarized my feelings on the matter. It's a really important topic, and I take his side on many points, but the writing itself just comes of very... accusatory. It basically read like "If you don't agree with every one of my arguments, you're probably a fat kid that's never gotten laid and hates women

Well, I'm not going to pretend that there aren't some important issues at play here, but it's worth noting that women are just as attracted to physical appearance as men are. Granted, I'll give you that most women I've met have a lot more self-control than men, but I do think it's a really, REALLY weak link in your

There's no question, the game looks damned interesting. I'm still not quite sold that it's going to feel true to the original Devil May Cry, but by no means does that make it look any less compelling.

The problem is, Video Games are *ABOUT* trying to understand the system so you can take advantage of it. Hell, just look at the bloody Datacrons in The Old Republic; there is *NO* way you would find those naturally; you have to go out of your way to locate them, often taking advantage of the terrain in ways that,
