I don't think anyone would deny the artwork looked gorgeous, but I can sort of understand the "doesn't look Final Fantasy" comment. Recent Final Fantasy games have been a clusterfuck of technology and "magic", but I'd say at least 10 and prior were relatively consistent.

Please, for the LOVE of GOD, Squeenix; release a remastered Mystic Quest soundtrack! And maybe throw in a remake of the game, while you're at it. :D

Assuming I can get the games back from my cousin, I'll be returning to the wonderful world of Kingdom Hearts 1. Something about Traverse Town always reminded me of Final Fantasy 6, though I could never quite place what.

Maybe I'm alone here, but every time I see new gameplay footage of the game, I'm getting less and less excited. Every class can tank, heal, and DPS, and the fact that almost everyone looks the same (being totally robotic-looking, or dressed out in robes), I'm quickly losing faith.

Aww, no can haz Klassic costume for Smoke? :*(

Honestly, after playing a near-blissful Torchlight on XBLA, a lot of my Diablo 3 hype has dwindled. If Blizzard announces a console release as well, then I'll be excited. Until then, I'm actually more excited for a potential console release for Torchlight 2.

Agreed, I'm not digging the Classes. I think they're trying too hard to be "diverse", without paying homage to the kind of setting that made Diablo 2 so great.

Agreed, Runes were amazing in Diablo 2. Blizzard is really worrying me with Diablo 3, it's becoming sickeningly similar to World of Warcraft; not a bad game, but not what I want from Diablo 3.

Honestly, the old commercials for Crash Bandicoot were absolutely amazing!

I've been saying it for some time, too; Smash Bros for the 3DS would be absolute gaming-bliss. The game is already fantastic for pick-up-and-play, and if they could just maybe the physics a little more solid, and add some *real* platforming levels to the "Story Mode", I couldn't imagine a game I would play more.

Ugh, I'm so bummed they're returning to the old-style Tunics. The Green Tunic is obviously iconic, but I *LOVED* the Blue and Red Tunics from Twilight Princess (one of the few things I loved, actually).

Whatever happened to music in video games? Back in the days of the NES, and much of the SNES, it was all about the high-octane tracks to get your blood pumping. Now? Most of it is "ambiance", or orchestra if you're lucky.

I dunno, I'm kind of on the fence on who "The Beast" really is. Part of me thinks perhaps it's Cole, but another part thinks it might be David.

Yeah, watch the Raiden video; it totally redeemed the series. I agree, though, the two Mileena/Kitana episodes sucked.

Mega Man Powered Up and Maverick Hunter X, Crisis Core: Final Fantasy, and Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep.

"The Big O" is actually one I'd highly recommend. It's not terribly convoluted with traditional anime cliche's, and has one of the most interesting styles of any anime I've ever seen. Like you, I'm not typically one to watch a ton of anime, but The Big O really caught my attention, as it has almost a Sleuth/Detective

So, am I the only person more focused on how the fuck they can dive into the pool, and yet still be able to stand above water level?

Meh, even the Offline is fun as hell. Plus, nothing ruins that sort of game than getting online, and somebody giving you a bunch of hacked items :P

Sonic Adventure: Not the most amazing game ever, but it's certainly a blast, and one you have to play. Sonic Adventure 2 is also recommended, but the first is definitely the one I'd suggest more, of the two.

God, I was just getting ready to post the EXACT same thing! Morrowind was nothing short of amazing, especially when the expansions were taken into account. If they could somehow get the rights to incorporate a few Player-made addons, or at least add a hefty chunk of additional content, I would be *SO* on board for a
