At 10 years and 100k miles it’s perfectly fine to daily drive. My mother has a base 2006 TL (automatic) with about 20,000 miles more than this car and it’s fine. A Type S 6spd would make a fantastic daily. I daily drive a car that’s over 10 years older than this with regular maintenance. Not sure why you think 100k

Lets set some things straight, this is not a normal pickup, it’s a medium duty truck. The same type that is under the big Uhauls or the small dump trucks. The wheel package looks stock or close to stock. If it’s lifted it is not by much and they come from the factory with step tanks and additional steps at the bottom
