5th at the 2012 Petit Le Mans, which would have been 3rd if they were allowed the same passes during SC periods as the cars they were racing with (due to not competing for points or championships). It was knocked off the circuit at Le Mans, which wasn’t the cars fault. I wouldn’t say it was a failure...

I repurposed the blown SR20DE out of my original SE-R project car as the centerpiece for my coffee table. The two camshafts support the centerpiece and the four pistons support the glass. This is the original picture of it completed in my shop with temporary foam spacers atop the pistons.

Lotus 88, the twin chassis car. An entire aerodynamic chassis suspended separately from the chassis the driver sat in. A brilliant solution to the problems with suspending a car for driver comfort, mechanical handling, and aerodynamic downforce. Unfortunately (naturally) banned.
