I was also not a huge fan of the idea of cards, but I’ve definitely warmed up to them the more I played. I can’t even really say that they’re well done, as it’s kind of a strange way to inject some rogue-like elements into the game. But I’ve definitely had some interesting times trying to assemble and execute decks

Came here for this!

It would have been neat if any of those previous stories about Tabbitha’s work had the photos included. Sadly, it looks like they all got Spanfelled.

Fuck yes dude. You understand. My family is the same way. I drive an xj because I’m a rural mail carrier and it’s the best tool for the job. Sure it gets poor mileage, but kjs don’t get any better on the route. My wife drives a 3 row escalade, (which probably gets better mileage than the equivalent suburban,) she has

I think people that slam on moms for “not buying the damn minivan” if they need to move a family around need to get a reality check.

This is going to drag on.

Jason,

I really don’t see the need for the side markers. On a car here in Europe, without the side markers, it is still very easy to see them from the side as the front white lights are also clearly visible from the side, as are the red rear lights. You can see them, determine the length of the car as well as the direction

Usually “warping” is uneven pad deposits on the rotors.  Different pads might help, or making sure to get a good bed-in after the brake job.

I like David Tracy, but he’s wont to buy used tires and that’s pretty hard to abide

A giant 340,000 lb. blue electrical transformer moved through my town in 2018. The truck transporting it was over 357 ft. long.

Not the weirdest but the funniest thing I have seen was the guy here in the Akron/Canton area in Ohio that decided to move his house in the middle of the night. Instead of taking the approved route for him... he decided to take a shortcut on I-77 during construction and got stuck while everyone is trying to get to

I’veseen several odd things being transported, an old steam tractor the size of a railroad locomotive, a US navy truck at 2am near the Bremerton ship yards with several APCs escorting it and big radiation signs on the sides, but the one that got my kids excited was an unlimited hydroplane on its trailer snaking its

It will use facial recognition...so it opens automatically when it sees your face... “good morning sir, care for a mimosa?” (hehe).

I tried to buy the rights for Freespace when they were up for auction from THQ but I was never contacted back and considering how low the number is on Interplay’s wiki I definitely could have afforded it.
