Saw a guy with a Corsa EcoFlex. He'd put a VXR badge under the EcoFlex badge.

Subarus are popular because of their legacy (ha, subaru pun), driving dynamics and rally heritage. I don't think anyone who knows what Subarus are like would buy one for their reliability. I can't speak for the newer ones though.
Might be a US thing. From the car clubs that I frequent and staff in the UK, the general view is that Subarus are not reliable.
People have kids and no imagination
Yes (Driving stick is easy. Move to the UK and you'll see)
Yes, but only marginally.
Since when are Subies considered reliable? I've always been under the impression that they are fun cars with easy and interchangable parts, but a nightmare on reliability. I know someone who has 2 Imprezas and he's constantly got them in the shop.
I don't know, but I refuse to touch it. I pay kids on the street with sweets to remove and attach the terminals for me.
The starter just turns the engine over manually to allow the pistons to fire up and take over.
That and people don't notice him, so he can sneak attack
That's a feature, dude.
I want to hate him out of pure jealousy, but I can't. He sounds too down to Earth and his quirky style just makes me like him more.
In the UK, dealers have started sticking badges to the actual backs of the cars they sell. The local one to me "Gravells" is a serious offender. Look at this pic:
Stupid Geneva Convention always ruining our fun
Actually, here in the UK, the cops do tend to carry automatic weapons at large events, airports and train stations. It's mostly a deterrent. For general policing, most cops are outfitted with TASER and we have specialised armed units such as SO(CO)19 for the times when she shit really hits the fan.
If you consider 'weight' as 'mass', yes. Less mass means less energy required to slow or stop the ship, making it more nimble.
Buy it.
Only if it's funny in some self referential capacity. This seems to just be pure drivel.
I'd like to request that you stop putting pics of that car up until the day that Volvo announce that they are building it. I don't think my heart can take it.
I'm sure this has been mentioned somewhere, but a lot of modern cars use their front fogs. Confused me when I first saw it.
