Right now I'm just wondering how they are going to rob Marquez. He's winning the fight clearly, but Manny losing fucks up a lot of plans and costs lots of people a shitload of money. I just don't see Marquez getting a decision.

So ESPN abandons the biggest sports story in years, complete with rioting to cover an NBA press conference where absolutely nothing is happening?
He also was resentful to a country that completely swallowed Ali's line about him being the "White Man's Champion". Especially when it could argued that Joe Frazier knew far more about growing up poor and black in 20th century America than Ali ever would.
The one good thing about being a Braves fan is that we have never blamed a random person in the stands when our team chokes.
Good to see that WCW senior referee Nick Patrick has found work officiating international soccer matches.
If that wasn't a red card, then nothing is. This is what kills me about international soccer, criminally incompetent officiating is just shrugged off as part of the game. Fuck that.
I was a JFK conspiracy theorist as well but have found myself starting to tilt towards the "lone nut" side as I have gotten older. JFK was a well made film but they pretty much amalgamated nearly every conspiracy theory into one giant cinematic gulash.
Then it makes you wonder what Floyd is waiting for. He can have the Pacquiao fight, which would be the biggest fight of this generation and make a shitload of money. Why take the chance of someone else getting lucky against Manny, or one of them getting injured?
Ortiz is a big puncher, but there is a reason why of all the fighters out there Mayweather is choosing Ortiz to fight after a 16 month layoff. That's because his defense is nearly non-existant and he's very easy to hit.
I know that HBO has a vested interest in pumping up Mayweather-Ortiz, but come on. They seem to totally neglect the fact that Ortiz is at best defensively challenged.
Not as much a farce as a mismatch. Judah was never in the fight and saw the borderline punch as a way to get out of that ring without taking a severe beating.
Khan is just bigger, stronger, and faster. He's won the first two rounds easily and I don't see this getting any better for Zab.
I have always had a soft spot for Daly despite many of his problems being self-inflicted. Plus he's the only remotely famous person that follows me on Twitter.

Never trust a big butt and a smile.
I was thinking the same thing. There's video of the bomb exploding and hearing the guy beg for help before it went off is something not easily forgotten. But it turns out that Wells was most likely in on the whole thing and was double-crossed by his fellow conspirators so it's hard to feel too much sympathy for him.
You can't overlook LSU/Oregon and Georgia/Boise in week 1. It's been a while since multiple SEC teams have started a season with such a stern test.
