Agreed. As unlikable as Fitz can be on occasion, when he’s absent for a considerable length of time, Scandal suffers big time. Marcus’s rant was the first time Scandal made me laugh in a long time, and for good reasons. He’s the bullshit alarm the show desperately needs, and it’s a shame he’s not deployed for this reason more often.
