The prequels looked a lot better. The Acolyte often looks like recording of stage plays. It’s inconsistent really.

The thing with the show being about critiquing the Jedi order is that we haven’t had a single piece of live-action content since the original trilogy that isn’t about critiquing the Jedi order. Deconstruction needs to be the counterpoint to some construction; the name “Jedi” hasn’t had any positive reinforcement…

Sadly, we’re going to be dealing racists and other turd-sniffers for a long time, but for me, the problem with Star Wars right now is that the stories are simply not any good.

It is just dorks saying mean things on social media that take glee in reactions to the mean things. That is the substance of the problem. There is no way to fix this problem other than ignoring this problem.

Yeah. I’m also curious what Disney means by stick their neck out. Because the best course of action is to not give those people oxygen. They WANT the “discussion” and response. If Disney’s sticking their neck out means they’re doing point by points of why their projects and decisions matter, its the wrong way to go…
