Time to beat the dead horse -- You don’t need AWD, you need winter tires. If the snow is too much of an issue in terms of depth for your current car, you need something taller -- But is that really the case?

Great idea for short-term backups, pretty awful for long term. It would be awesome to have this to cover a day but a week at a time leaves you with no power in house or vehicle.
Not really irony, I bet the driver hasn’t considered gas prices in a long time. It literally makes no difference to someone like that if it’s $1/gal or $20/gal.
YOU CAN’T GROUND ME, MOM AND DAD, IT’S NOT FAIR.
They think they’re John Wayne. They’re really petulant teenagers.
Oz-wee-pay?
I definitely think Tesla, GMC, Lucid, all these companies offering 1k hp are borderline criminal in doing so to the unwashed masses, but I wonder if 167hp isn’t just a little *too* slow at that weight.
Then again, my old first-gen Volt could feel a bit peppy from 0-30 so around town it may not be the case. I would love…
Criticizing someone who says “I want a very specific type of car badly enough to fly down to get it then road trip it home” seems like the antithesis of Jalop to me.
If it were David Tracy flying to buy some rusted-out hunk of shit Jeep missing two of the wheels and the drivetrain you’d laud him.
Besides, that top trim…
Or use Bitwarden.
Or use Bitwarden.
Genius idea, but the better idea is to buy a cheap insulated bag and pop your food in that, to keep it warm.
I had a Black Rose ‘94 Corvette — Love that colour.
Isn’t this kinda what Ford/GM did with their collaboration on that 10 speed auto?
Ahem. That’s the “TRD GR Tercel,” thank you very much.
Beautiful. Genesis are knocking it out of the park. But who’s the dumbass who decided to park it over what looks like a giant oil leak!?
The dealership will offer you this $489/year subscription for only $999.
We have overcome more, there’s just not much reason to put so much effort into Hydrogen when solar/electric is far more feasible and viable, right?
Sure, sure, but what if you want to swap out that Spark for an equally depressing base model rental-spec Versa halfway through the month, hmm?
Exactly. SiriusXM? Absolutely fair. Updated Maps for navigation? Fair, I guess. Carplay? Fuck you, BMW. Fuck you.
Looking quickly, it seems similar vehicles go for between $9 and $13k. I’m sure you could find something more efficient with less mileage in that price range, if you were pragmatic.
As the owner of a ‘14 Volt — Untrue. If and when I do go outside my electric range I’d prefer to be able to just fill an efficient engine with gas rather than struggle to find an appropriate charger.
The quick-charge infrastructure needs to play catch-up.
That’s a white/patchwork grey exterior where the paint is sloughing off in giant areas.
