Can you buy iTunes gift egift cards for people in the iTunes store? I know you can buy people apps and music and they will get an email with a download link, but I'm not sure if you can just give them credits. That would be the only way I can think of doing it.

The gag order may not allow them to go that specific. Sure, there may have only been 1, but it the gag order only allows them to give results in positive increments of 1000, then they have to say 'between 0 and 1000'. Apple wants to give an exact number, but they aren't allowed.
