There are a lot of weird definitions in there... no way harmful to living creatures? So boxing would not be a sport? I really do think we have gotten very lax with the term "sport"... I feel people wanted more weight being given to something that may be defined as a competition (video game tournaments, chess, poker)…

Not to get technical... but "Sport" is defined as "an activity involving physical exertion and skill in which an individual or team competes against another or others for entertainment." So... unless the chess pieces were 50lb each, yeah, chess would not be considered a sport either.

So far, I don't think he is on the same level as Vaas. You could feel Vaas was psychotic from the first 3 seconds. This guy so far... well, unpleasant. but nothing striking or unique. Except for the Final Fantasy hairdo.
