You are the reason my 6 speed has a retarted low ratio. The whole point of a 6 speed is to have a close ratio gear box that can still be driven on the street. Im sick and tired of not having overdrive gears on cars just because OEM's are scared to make people downshift to pass.

I too see the problem of the Exocet and the Caterham. Maybe something closer to the 240sx/240z size and use capability. Personally I have always wanted a boosted fwd drive-train in the rear of a hatchback with real usability. Something with the useability of an old bug with the feel of an mr2.
