Dreamcast failed cause they were releasing systems almost every year and soon canning them and a lot of people were losing their love with Sega. Also the lack of security which made it easy to pirate games for. I found Dreamcast far more powerful then the PS2 and had better Anti Aliasing the only thing lacking was

Yup and that was a launch title if you play that with the VGA adapter your eyes would be blown away at how amazing the graphics were. The gameplay may have not been all that fun but lol you'd play it just for the eye candy.

The main problem was that cause Sega had poor advertising and was releasing consoles every year made people believe that they would do the same thing to the Dreamcast. Also do to the system's poor security it was very easy for people to pirate games for the system and Sega was losing money cause of that.

Soul Reaver also added more effects and Anti Aliasing which wasn't done on any other console at the time. If you put PS1 Soul Reaver beside Dreamcast Soul Reaver you can clearly see that the Dreamcast did an amazing job on that game.

There weren't many games that possessed the power of Windows CE and really all that it offered on the Dreamcast was that some games were easy to port from a Windows Operating system and use Direct X. It was actually the worse thing about the Dreamcast cause a lot of people thought Microsoft was going to bring bigger

Now playing

I am so very happy for the support that still continues for the Dreamcast. This might be a bit offtopic but 2 weeks ago I made a video for Geist Force which was unreleased and all that was leaked was an early beta.

My Gamertag's name is DCeric. DCeric's origins came from a chatroom that was based off the region of origin called Durham Central. Supposedly anybody with the name DC was an admin so i played tricks with the name. Eventually Dreamcast got released and I went to the homebrew site DCemulation.com and other sites

I'm a fan of the original this is nothing like the original. I played the demo and i hope to play it more to see if i can grow into it but i don't think thats going to change. I'm a big fan of Sega games and Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing was so amazingly fun that i was expecting bigger expectations for this mess.

Yeah i didn't think it looked that special either it doesn't look bad but its no Crysis 1 or 2. I seen at System Requirements Lab they said I can play the required settings but i am not set for optimal. Hell if my 2 480's and my AMD Phenom x6 1090t can't play that game then its cause its not optimized properly.

I had an R4 mainly used it for Homebrew but it wasn't compatible with a lot of the homebrew software compared to my m3lite which allowed me to run a Dos emulator for the Nintendo DS.

Not to rub it in to anybody here but I got unlimited bandwidth with Bell. Before anybody says "NO YOU DON'T". Your wrong cause what happened was I got unlimited bandwidth before Bell decided to put a bandwidth cap on all users and they can't give you a bandwidth crap without you being acknowledged or without your

oh great Kotaku is getting spam now just when you knew we would be free from that crap coming here.

I'll agree with that and thats it.

Not at all does he have a valid point. Its a web browser the website wasn't licensed like all other websites to play on the Xbox 360. Its not a game its not being developed *for its a web browser like all other web browsers. However GTA V is being developed for Xbox 360 and Microsoft Windows and we've seen these

Hmm a bit different when its forced to be displayed in a video game and developed for the Xbox 360. What does the website have to do with being displayed on Internet Explorer a web browser its not a game and web browsing is an open world?

ha ha going to be awesome to see Mac in the game displayed on Windows and Xbox 360. I wonder what Microsoft will say to that lol.

Its all do to Licensing whoever own's the character has to give the rights. It would be amazing to see these characters get a part cause of their roots but it seems there is nothing that can be done until they are given the rights.

LOL was going to say the samething just awesome

People only upgrade to play games at higher settings. You would most likely be able to play around with that 800 dollar computer still with lower settings in the games. Which usually means if your used to what your playing on your 800 dollar computer then your probably used to the lower settings. Don't forget PC
